
This morning, January 11th, Vince Del Monte’s 21 Day Fast Mass Building program was released. First off, I love to try new workout programs because not only is it something new to try, but I always learn more techniques and exercises. Plus, I get to write about them on my blog, which I hope you all enjoy.
Since it was released this morning, I have not had my chance to complete this program, heck, I haven’t even started my first workout. But I was so excited about this new program that I wanted to let you all know my first impressions of the program. A more detailed review will come once I’ve completed the program, plus I might blog about it throughout the first 21 days. So that’s what this post is all about.
I got my copy not too long after the launch, let’s just say I was refreshing the page over and over last night until it went live. After taking some time to look through it and watch several minutes of some of the videos I can already tell you tell program is AWESOME!
I’m going to breakdown everything you get with the program for you. But just a little heads up, the 14th of January, 2011 is the last day to get this program practically 50%!
The first thing you’ll receive is the “The 21 Day Fast Mass Building Manual” (PDF)
The 21 Day Fast Mass Building Manual is the introduction to the 21 Day Fast Mass Building program. Throughout it, it introduces the program to you talking about how it came to be and such. It also is the source for all the real world results, along with Vince’s of using the program. You’ll also read about the theory behind the program and some before-starting-the-program information you need to know like nutrition and muscle building facts and information.
It’s a very well put together guide with a lot of useful information, especially the bodybuilder’s secret to rapid growth section.
The second thing you’ll receive is the “The 21 Day Muscle Power Nutrition Plan” (PDF
The 21 Day Muscle Power Nutrition Plan is a very important part of the program. Nutrition period is huge for muscle gain and fat loss, no matter what program you use.
What is so unique about this nutrition plan is that it is completely geared towards this specific program. The first part is about breaking down your individual calorie needs and a customized calorie & Macro nutrition charts. They also include a meal-by-meal breakdown. Knowing what foods to eat and how much like acceptable carbs and acceptable proteins, along with acceptable fats and of course vegtables.
You’ll also learn about taking body fat percentage measurements (That right way!)
The third thing you’ll receive is the “The 21-Day Fitness Model Physique 4-Hour Workout DVD” (Video)
Now we can start taking about the actually program and workouts. The 21 Day Fitness Model Physique 4-Hour workout DVD consists of 3 training videos with Vince, Anthony, and Mike. These are basically videos of them performing the exercises and going through a workout. This is as close as you can get to having a personal trainer without hiring one.
The videos are well put together, and easy to follow.
The fourth thing you’ll receive is the “The 21-Day Muscle Model Physique 4-Hour Workout DVD” (Video)
The 21-Day Muscle Model Physique 4-Hour Workout DVD consists of 4 training videos of tougher exercises than the fitness model videos. They are put together the same way.
What I really like about these videos that Vince and his buddies have put together is that they talk through the exercise and inform you on why to perform this exercise and how to maximize the effectiveness of the exercise for maximum muscle growth.
The fifth thing you’ll receive is the “The 21-Day Hardcore Bodybuilder Physique 2-Hour Workout DVD” (Video)
The 21-Day Hardcore Bodybuilder Physique 2-Hour Workout DVD consists of 4 videos of even tougher exercises. All the videos are all very similar in structure (fitness, Muscle and Bodybuilder).
While they are performing the exercises right in front of you, they talk a lot about the technique of the exercise and how to perform it for the best results. Like I said, all the videos with this program are similar in structure (showing the exercise, sharing techniques to maximize the result, etc), but each video consists of different workouts and exercises to perform.
The sixth thing you’ll receive is the “The Printable Workout Sheets and Training Log” (PDF)
The Printable Workout Sheets and Training Log is guide that breaks down your exercises for each of the 21 days. Includes the number of sets for each exercise, the number of reps per set and the rest time between each.
The numbers for the weight amount for the exercises may be a bit intimidating, but just realize that this is just an example of how you should increase the weight amount for each set onto the next. Start with what you’re comfortable with and then increase at the same rate they say for you to.
The workouts to me seem very well put together and solid. They also seem to be very well rounded, having a exercises for each muscle group.
The seventh thing you’ll receive is the “The Anabolic Switch Supplements Ritual” (PDF)
The Anabolic Switch Supplements Ritual is a guide to the vitamins and supplements you can/should take during this program or throughout any program, along with how much you should be taking.
For me, I learned a lot more about the right amount of supplement and vitamins I should be consuming. For those who don’t know much about supplements and vitamins for muscle building, this will be an important part to read.
The eighth thing you’ll receive is the “The Test Group’s Interview” (PDF + Audio)
The Test Group’s Interview is an audio, along with a PDF of one of the test subjects, interview on how well the program workout for them.
These are people who put this program to the test and have answered a bunch of questions for Vince.
They are extra success stories for you to hear and one to read since he was unable to participate in the audio interview. This helps people not only believe in the product, but get motivated!
Hmmm…maybe I can be Vince’s test subject for his next program?!
The ninth thing you’ll receive is the “Pre-Program Quick Start Checklist” (PDF)
The Pre-Program Quick Start Checklist runs through everything you’ll need to start this program, which includes watching the videos and reading over the PDFs above.
Also making sure you plan out when and where you’re going to be working out and make sure you know what meals you’ll be eating each day.
Just a little checklist to make sure you’re ready to begin.
The tenth thing you’ll receive is the “The Exercise Description Guide” (PDF)
The Exercise Description Guide is one of the most important parts, the exercises! Sure the workout sheets tell you what exercises you need to do, but this is the part that explains each exercise. How to perform the exercise for best results, including pictures of a guy performing the exercise.
Each exercise description is well written and easy to understand. Plus, Vince adds in little techniques the have big results to do during the exercises.
Overall, this program looks like a challenge, but certainly one that looks to hold true it’s claims of gaining up to 12 pounds of PURE muscle in 21 days. I certainly recommend giving this program a go. It’s packed full of exercises, videos, tips and techniques, and nutrition information and guidelines.
