Vince Delmonte’s 21 Day Fast Mass Building program is a brand new muscle building program that is specifically designed to gain as much muscle as possible in a short period of time. In this case, 21 days. To be clear, this is not just a 21 day workout program. So if you think it’s worthless after your 21 days is up, your wrong! This is a program that you can not only repeat, but Vince has included 3 different 21 day workouts. I’ll get into all of that further in this review. Including my personal results and such. But first, who the heck is Vince Delmonte?
Vince is a well know personal trainer and author. He’s mostly recognized for his No Nonsense Muscle Building program designed for all skinny guys who just can’t seem to building muscle as quick as they want. Vince along with friend and competitive bodybuilder, Lee Hayward released their new workout program, 21 Day Fast Mass Building program in mid-January 2011. Being a huge fan of his, I bought it right away. Last Fall wasn’t so good to me and I got out of shape quickly, everything I gained seemed like it was gone. I figured this would be the program to try out and get me back in shape. Well, after the end of 21 days, I was in even better shape than I ever have been. I was completely shocked! Not that I doubted Vince, I just doubted the 21 Days.
What’s in the program?
For those of you who haven’t read my 21 Day Fast Mass Building – First Impressions post, when you purchase the program you receive a boat load of information. The manual, the nutrition plan 4 sets totaling of over 10+ hours of workout videos, exercise description guide and the workout schedules. I mentioned before that there is 3 different 21 day workouts. The first 21 day workout schedule is titled the 21 Day Fitness Model Physique, the second is titled the 21 Day Muscle Model Physique and the third is titled the 21 Day Hardcore Bodybuilder physique. The 21 day fitness model and muscle model both come with 4 hours of workout videos. The Bodybuilder comes with 2 hours of video. All are included. So like I said, you can start with the fitness model, complete the 21 days and move onto the next and so on. It all just depends on what you’re going for physique wise.
I completed the 21 Day Fitness Model Physique model workout. I sat down and watched the 4 videos for this 21 day workout. The videos a well done, nothing too exciting though. Just Vince and his friends talking you through the exercises so you get a better understanding of what you are doing and how to properly perform the exercise. You need to watch the videos! You don’t want to be doing the exercise wrong! Vince also includes a workout schedule for each, so you know exactly what to do. For example, day 1 you’ll workout these muscle groups by performing these exercises shown in the video and the exercise description manual this many times for this many sets. It’s all very clear and organized! Especially the exercise description, he has organized them by which 21 Day workout you’re following and the day. Very Impressed!
Vince also includes a bunch of bonuses including a supplement guide, a set of workout videos for Bodyweight Fat Cutting, and interviews with his test subjects.
Do you need a gym membership?
Being a college student, I understand that belonging to a gym can be more difficult that people think. Whether it’s time, money, whatever the reason. I now, have a gym membership. I really enjoyed the non-membership fee for have a little home gym which included a pair of dumbbells and pull up bar, etc. However, space in my room was becoming an issue and plus I really enjoy working out with friends. I completed the 21 Day Fitness Model at the gym, so I had no problem performing the exercises. For this program, it’s highly recommended you belong to a gym or have a nice home gym to perform the exercises. This is where AthleanX and P90x excel, however those programs are more geared to burning fat, but gaining a lot of muscle.
You can perform MOST of th exercises with just dumbbells, but this program encourages you to increase the weight, so a pair of dumbbells you can’t adjust the weight won’t be enough. My advice would be to join a gym or 1 month because that’ s all you’ll need to complete the first 21 days and after that you decide whether to stay or not.

Does the 21 Day Fast Mass Building Program Work? – My Results So Far!
To be honest, it took me more than 21 days to complete my 21 Day Fitness Model Workout only because I ran into some days were I couldn’t make it to the gym and ended up doubling on a couple rest days, along with a sprained wrist. But in the end, I did complete it! I used this program for the first 4 weeks of the BodyBuilding.com 2011 Transformation Challenge. I didn’t measure myself over than my body weight.
I was at 165, now I weigh 172.2 (Feb 20, 2011)! My before and after pictures are posted below. This is the 21 Day Fitness Model Workout routine, I’ll be starting the 21 Day Muscle Model on Feb. 22, 2011.

This program certainly lived up to every single ounce of hype! The exercises were simple to know what you need to do, however challenging! I’ll be straight with you. There were many days, I couldn’t finish. I literally maxed out those muscles. I felt great! I’m very impressed with my results so far, along with my friends.
I’ve eaten a high protein diet with plenty of water throughout the program. Egg whites, Ham, Chicken, Almond Butter, Fresh Fruits, Broccoli, Lettuce, etc. I’m not one who can afford to by a lot of food, so I did the best I could. I drink EAS Whey Protein shakes after workouts and before bed. Before workouts, I would drink a glass of water mixed with Jack3d (Grape) by USPLabs, a pre-workout energy and focus drink that also gives you a great pump!
After completing the Fitness Model 21 Day workout, I plan on moving right over to the Muscle Model 21 Day workout! I love every minute of it and highly recommend this program!
